All orders placed before 12:00 EST will be shipped the same day (except for weekends and US national holidays). All orders placed after 12:00 EST will be shipped the next day.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
We offer $4.95 flat rate shipping to the United States.
We use a mix of shipping carriers for shipping; USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, GLS, VEHO.
Estimated delivery time is between 3 to 5 business days.
We offer international shipping at a flat rate of $14.95. We use a mix of shipping carriers for international shipping. Estimated delivery time is between 10 to 20 business days. In some cases, international shipping can take up to 45 days.
All shipments are sent DDU "Delivery Duty Unpaid". Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Kink Ink is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
We can ship your order to your P.O Box, but please note that our envelopes are A4 sized and can not be bent (to protect your tattoos!). So if your P.O Box can not accept envelopes of this size, it may be returned to us.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns for USA orders up to 30 days after delivery. We do not support international returns at this time.
If the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
